Choose Your Level (Adults)

Not sure where you fit? Use this quick guide. Most adult sessions are organized for intermediate and advanced pacing so games stay fair, competitive, and enjoyable.

Intermediate

Best for players who can rally consistently and want structured games with solid pace.

Serve: consistent in-bounds (not perfect, but reliable)
Passing: can control serve receive and keep the ball playable
Game flow: understands rotations/spacing and communicates
Goal: improve consistency, reads, and transition speed

If you're returning after time off, Intermediate is usually the safest first session.

Advanced

Best for players who play fast tempo, read the game well, and thrive in higher-pressure rallies.

Serve: can serve tough (placement/float/topspin) with control
Defense: reads hitters and keeps tough balls in system
Offense: attacks with range (shots + power) and smart decisions
Speed: comfortable with quick transitions and faster sets

If you've played high-level club/high school/college or strong competitive leagues, Advanced may fit.
